It may mean that you do something else. If you are on your feet all day then it may simply mean that you should sit down for a few minutes. If you do want to lie down then you can do a guided meditation. This can be very refreshing indeed. When you grow accustomed to tuning into your need fir a rest you can even orogram yourself to rest for x amount of time and (without setting an alarm) you can open your eyes and look at the clock and be happy when you see that you are up at exactly the time you wanted.
