True Healing comes from owning and accepting all of life's energies within ourselves. When we allow ourselfs to begin to knowthe sides of ourselves that we have disowned, we discover they are not as scary as we had imagined. When they are allowed to be expressed, they take their places as important facets of our nature. There is no split between "good"and "bad".All aspects of life are elements of the life force and facets of the divine.

It is esoterically understood that there are 144,000 meridians within each physical/etheric form. 72,000 on the left side of body and 72,000 on the right side of the body. The life force or Prana circulates through these 144,000 subtle channels or conduits, three of the most important ones of which are the Ida-nadi, Pingala-nadi and Sushumna-nadi. It is this application of pressure or localized massage to specific areas of the body, as in acupressure, that supports the free flowof energy within these energy circuits and helps to undo and release energy blockages which initiates a healing process.

Adept: in metaphysical circles commonly considered a Fifth Degree Initiate, or having taken the Fifth Initiation. However, the word Adept today and in the past really means two different things, for in the past initiations were taken at a much slower and more integrated pace whereas today lightworkers are allowed to advance through their initiations in a much more accelerated fashion up to the seventh level of initiation. The reason for this is that initiations are basically only an indicator of the amount of light that we each carry in our energy system. By allowing lightworkers to anchor more light into their energy bodies, this allowed for the frequency and vibration of the planet as a whole to be lit up or raised up. So it was appropriate to allow such an initiatory acceleration for lightworkers totake place, given the critical times we live in. However, this being said, the light of our initiations (initiations are taken in our Spiritual bodies) needs to be anchored into and expressed through our mental, emotional, etheric and physical bodies in order to achieve “integrated ascension.” This is done by learning to keep one’s mind steady in the light or thinking only God thoughts (mental body), creating only God feelings and emotions (emotional body) which comes as a result of mastering one’s mind since it is our thoughts that create our feelings and emotions, running only God current (etheric body), and purifying and mastering our physical body vehicle in service of God. When one integrates all the light of one’s first five initiations into one’s Four-Body system in such an integrated and balanced way, one may call oneself an Adept.
