Parents need to continue to grow For many parents, having children has been a convenient excuse for abandoning their own growth. They spend most of their time focusing on the children, making sure that they learn and grow properly. But in taking responsibility for the lives of their children, parents often abandon responsibility for their own, forgetting that children will respond positively when we choose to live our lives for our own greatest growth. I take responsibility for my own growth.
