As you focus on your goal, make strong positive affirmations to yourself that it has come, or is now coming to you. Imagine yourself receiving or achieving it. Always phrase affirmations in the present tense, not in the future. Don´t say, ¨I will get a wonderful new job,¨ but rather ¨I now have a wonderful new job.¨ This is not lying to yourself, but acknowledging the fact that everything is created first on the mental plane before it can manifest in objective reality. It is also a way of changing the patterns of how we usually talk to ourselves.
