Be true to yourself

Passion disappears when we are no longer open to our feelings, when we sacrifice being true to ourselves in order to hold on to someone else. To experience passion, we must first be true to ourselves and then honest with others.

Passion in a partnership comes from true intimacy with each other. As we become an open channel for our feelings, we become an open channel for the passion and joy that can flow through us.

I am true to myself and honest with others.
