Learning to use creative visualization can become a process of deep and meaningful growth. We often discover ways in which we have been holding ourselves back, allowing our fears and negative concepts to block us from achieving satisfaction and fulfillment in life. The process of change that occurs does not occur on a superficial level, through mere positive thinking. It involves exploring, discovering, and changing our deepest, most basic attitudes toward life.
