    Keep a journal of the decisions you make during the day. Notice when you do what you want, when you choose not to, and for what reasons. For example, you may choose to go to a party when you really want to stay ar home. Do you push yourself to work hard even if you are not feeling well? Do you hold back from expressing your ideas, feelings, or creative impulses out of fear of criticism?
    Write how you feel about the choices you made. Notice how you felt physically and emotionally. Be careful not to judge or criticize yourself for any of your choices. Cultivate an attitude of compassionate observation so you can learn what works for you and what doesn’t.

    Create a treasure map

    A treasure map is an actual physical picture of a desired goal. It works along the same lines as a blueprint for a building. You can draw it, paint it, or make a collage with magazine pictures and photos. Simple, childlike treasure maps are very effective and fun to do. Basically, it should show you in your ideal scene with your goal fully realized. Include all the elements without getting too complicated. Use lots of color. Include some symbol of the infinite which has meaning and power for you. Put affirmations on your treasure map. This creative process is a powerful physical step toward manifesting your goal.

    This or something better is now manifesting for me in totally satisfying and harmonious ways.

    Taking Risks With Work And Money

    Be willing to take some moderate risks in the areas of work and money.
