Forgiving and releasing
Write down the names of everyone in your life toward whom you feel or have felt resentment, hurt, or anger. Write down what they did to you and what you resent them for. Then close your eyes, relax, and visualize each person. Explain to them what you have felt angry about, and share with them the hurt beneath the anger. Tell them that now you are going to do your best to dissolve and release all constricted energy between you. Give them a blessing and say, “I forgive you and release you. Go your own way and be happy.” If there is someone you are not yet ready to forgive or release, that’s okay too. In time, you will.
