    The Stronger The Attraction, The Stronger The Mirror

    I have found that when I am willing to trust and follow my energy it leads me into relationshis with people from whom I have the most to learn. The stronger the attraction, the stronger the mirror. My energy will often lead me to the most intense learning situation. I don’t need to enter or stay un a relationship that is not good for me, but if I choose to leave I can still acknowledge the gift and the teaching I received.

    Expressing anger safely

    People are very often very frightened of their anger. They feel it will cause them to do something harmful. If you have this fear, create a safe situation where you can express your anger, alone or with a trusted therapist or friend. Allow yourself to talk angrily, shout, hit pillows, whatever you feel like. Once you´ve done this in a safe environment, you will have released some of the charge, and you can look underneath the anger to find out what you need to do to take better care of yourself. Like any emotion, anger is a valuable tool, teaching us who we are and how we feel.

    I am now creating safe ways and places to express my anger.

    A Presence Within Us

    As we surrender to the power of the universe and trust it more, we find our relationship with this higher essence becoming more personal. We can literally feel a presence within us, guiding us, loving us, teaching us, and encouraging us. The universe can be a teacher, guide, friend, mother, father, lover, creative genius, fairy, godmother, or even Santa Claus. In other words, whatever we feel we need or want can be fulfilled through this connection.
