Change happens through awareness

Old patterns don’t change overnight. Sometimes we keep doing the same things and getting the same unpleasant results long after we think we should know better! Change happens not by trying to make yourself change, but by becoming conscious of what’s not working.

Through increased awareness, eventually you will begin to respond differently.
