See desirable qualities in yourself
Get in a comfortable position. Close your eyes. Relax your body. Bring to mind one person whom you admire or are attracted to. Ask yourself what qualities you find most attractive in that person. Do you see those same qualities in yourself? If not, try imagining that you possess them. Imagine how you would look, talk, and act. Picture yourself in a variety of situations and interactions.
