    Feel and enjoy sexual energy

    To be in a state of innocence about our sexuality, we first have to recognize how we deny or distort our feelings. If it is appropriate for something more to happen, it will happen in a relaxed, natural way. And whether or not anything happens physically, we can still enjoy the feelings and the energy.
