    Our relationships are channels

    Be honest

    Find supportive therapy

    It has been my experience that many of us need help in the form of supportive therapy or counseling to deal with deep levels of emotional healing. For some of us, there is a certain reluctance to seek help, perhaps because we fear it is an indication of weakness, sickness, or craziness. Personally, I have sought therapy of various types at many times in my life and it has helped me greatly as long as I trusted my own intuition about who to work with, when to stop, and so on.     Men will reflect her shift

    Once a woman begins to trust and love herself more and starts to use her internal male energy to support herself, the behavior of men in her life will reflect that shift.
