    Clear communication

    I’ve found a very interesting thing. When I communicate truthfully and directly, in a nonblaming, nonjudgmental way, and say everything I really want to say, it doesn’t seem to matter so much how the other person responds. They may not do exactly what I want, but I feel so clear and empowered from taking care of myself that it’s easier to let go of the result. If I keep being honest and vulnerable with my feelings to my partner, family, and friends, I won’t end up with hidden needs or resentments.

    I’m learning to communicate honestly without blame and judgment.

    Trust and appreciate your sexual energy

    We are beginning to be more open and natural about our bodies and sexual energy. Because of our old conditioning, however, many of us still believe on a deep level that our sexual energy is a dangerous force. We distrust ourselves.

    In fact, our sexual energy comes from the same universal source as all other energy. It is the expression of that energy that confuses us. We either exaggerate it or shut it off, fearing that we won’t get what we need or that we’ll lose what we already have. Sexual energy itself is innocent.     Our relationships are channels

    I move toward people I love because I want the intensification I experience with them. I feel the universe moving through me to them and moving through them to me. This may happen by just being together, talking, or touching. The intuitive energy itself lets me know what is appropriate. It’s mutually satisfying and fulfilling because the universe is giving to each through the channel of the other. If I trust my own energy, each person in the interaction receives what they need.

    Change old patterns

    Take a good look at how external problems reflect your inner process. If you learn from your experiences and grow, your relationships will grow also.

    A lot of these problems can be worked through by deeply and sincerely sharing your feelings, learning to take care of yourself, and by encouraging others to do the same. You may want to get support from a professional counselor or therapist to help you, or even your whole family, change old patterns.

    I am learning to view my life as a fascinating and adventurous movie. All the characters in it are reflections of parts of me played out on the big screen so that I can clearly see them. Once I see them and recognize their various feelings and voices inside myself, I can understand that they are all important and valuable parts of me that I need for my full expression in this life.
